Eat, Pray, Love - Community Gathering

Where Neighbors Become Family

Before 1513 Church ever open its doors, we know one thing: real transformation happens around tables, not just in sanctuaries. That's why we created Eat, Pray, Love—a weekly gathering where the Roseland community comes together for food, fellowship, and faith.

No pressure. No agenda. Just genuine connection and the kind of hope that changes neighborhoods.

What to Expect

EAT

We believe some of the best conversations happen over a good meal. Every week, we serve a free home-style dinner—soups, salads and sandwiches. Bring your appetite, bring your family, and settle in for great food and even better company.

PRAY

After we eat together, we take time to pray together. Share what's on your heart, lift up your neighbors, and experience the power of a community that genuinely cares. Whether you're new to prayer or you've been praying your whole life, there's space for you here.

LOVE

At the core of everything we do is love—God's love for us and our love for this community. We're not here to fix you or recruit you. We're here to know you, serve you, and walk alongside you. Because that's what neighbors do.

Why We Do This

The Roseland community deserves more than drive-through charity. You deserve genuine relationships, consistent presence, and a place where you're known by name. Eat, Pray, Love isn't a program—it's our commitment to being the kind of neighbors God calls us to be.

We're not waiting for our church to launch to start loving this community. We're already here, already serving, already believing that hope grows best when it's planted in real relationships.
